Use the calculator with your own numbers. If Basic books a few extra viewings a month, it may pay for itself. If your numbers don't add up, it isn't for you yet, and that's fine. Everyone gets a 14-day free trial. Nothing is charged during that time, and you can cancel online any time.
Good. Basic is backup for website enquiries, not a replacement. It answers the site, books into your diary, and sends you anything that needs a person.
Try the web demo. It plays a fictional estate agency and only answers from the services, prices and rules on that desk. Your live desk answers only from the services, prices and rules you approve.
You approve every answer and can see every conversation. A complaint, a discount request, or a question outside those answers goes straight to you. Customer details are handled under POPIA, with consent and an opt-out on every message, and are never sold.
Setup is a short form, then you approve the answers drafted from it. In the first month DeskOnCall asks you about anything it could not answer, a few questions at a time.

We email you on day 9, six days before the first charge on day 15, with the amount and the date. On day 15 the card is charged R2,999/month for the next month, in advance. Cancel any time before that from the billing page and nothing is charged.

At launch, bookings use DeskOnCall's built-in diary. You can also save a booking link in setup. Google Calendar and Outlook are not connected yet.
Basic and Reception: Cancel any time; billing stops at the end of the month. Growth founding: Cancel any time after the 3-month minimum; billing stops at the end of the month. The minimum is shown before checkout. Nothing is charged during the free period on Basic and Reception. After a paid month has started, cancellation takes effect at the end of that paid month, with no refund for a partial month. There is no setup fee. The full terms are on the terms page.
