Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel online any time. Nothing is charged during the free period. After a paid month has started, cancellation takes effect at the end of that paid month. There is no refund for a partial month.

Basic and Reception: Cancel any time; billing stops at the end of the month.

Growth founding: Cancel any time after the 3-month minimum; billing stops at the end of the month. The minimum is shown before checkout and has to be accepted there.

During the free period

The 14-day free trial runs until day 15. Cancel from the billing page before that date and nothing is charged. There is no setup fee.

After a paid month has started

You can still cancel online any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month. That month is not refunded in part. The next month is not charged.

How to cancel

Sign in and open Billing. That calls PayFast to stop the subscription and records the cancellation here. The same rule is in the terms.
